I asked Loulé about her tattoos and this is what she told me:

"Some of my tattoos have meanings but a lot of them are just designs I just thought looked interesting or pretty. I’ve always been drawn to art (especially drawing and painting) so being able to get some of my favourite tattoo artists work on my body has been an amazing experience. My favourite piece would defintitely be the dragon on my forearm which I got right after being in lockdown for 4 months in Melbourne, Australia last year. I’d been waiting several weeks even before the lockdown for the appointment so when it finally ended it was one of the first things I was able to do outside of my own apartment. Although it’s not visible in the pictures my most meaningful tattoo would be a little equality sign on the inside of my ring finger which I got when I was living in Russia. Being a part of the LGBTQ+ community at such a young age in a country that is so oppressive to queer people shaped a lot of how I perceived myself and the tattoo is just a reminder of who I am and that no matter my environment I can be proud of that"
